The Dassault Falcon 900 is a heavy jet designed and manufactured by Dassault Aviation of France.
Based on the design of its smaller predecessor, the Falcon 50, the 900 features the same signature tri-jet engine configuration of its earlier counterpart. Since its introduction, the Falcon 900 has seen over 500 deliveries worldwide, and counting.
First flying in 1984, the Falcon 900 remains in production to-date and has seen many design modifications since its inception including multiple avionics improvements, variations in range performance and external alterations such as the incorporation of blended winglets.
Boasting a very spacious cabin with a typical capacity of up to 12 passengers, as well as a maximum range of 8,797km (4,750nm), the Falcon 900 is a popular choice for transatlantic flights.
