  • Aircraft operators and other suppliers who we engage with to provide the aircraft and any associated services to complete all or part of your flight itinerary;
  • Government and regulatory bodies of any country associated with any part of your flight itinerary (including customs and immigration) and those to protect our rights, property and the safety of our clients, staff and assets;
  • Credit card, charge card and credit reference agencies that are used to facilitate payment transactions through the engagement of our services and for determining the terms of any potential credit agreements or arrangements;
  • Anti-fraud and fraud prevention agencies;
  • Service representatives and agents who act on our behalf where promoting and engaging in the services we supply;
  • Law firms and law courts to enforce any part of your contractual agreement with us.

How long do we retain your personal information?

We will retain your personal information for as long as we are required to, depending on the purpose for which it is being processed. Personal information may be held after we have fulfilled our contractual obligations for the purpose of dealing with any queries or complaints you may have relating to the services we have provided.

Your personal information will be securely deleted or anonymised after a period of five years following your last interaction with Sentient Signature Limited. Anonymised data may be held for an indefinite period of time for the purpose of further processing where necessary.
